Please Note: We ship worldwide, but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
While we hope you love every magical item you receive, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are needed. Our friendly policy is designed to spread Disney magic even when things don’t go perfectly!
Return & Exchange Timeframe
You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your Disney treasures are just right!
Step-by-Step Return Process

Our team will send you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions

Step 5: Include Authorization Number
Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on your package
Step 6: Ship Your Return

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

- In original packaging (for Accessories, Backpacks & Bags, and Art items)
- Free of any stains, odors, or damage
